OK LAST BAD SHIPPING DOODLE FOR TODAY DON’T LOOK AT ME
Luffy’s expressions between the point immediately after his fight with Usopp (331) and his first smile, after escaping Lucci’s restraints (346).
"Every time Luffy defeats an antagonist or an enemy, within one or two chapters, whether it is because something entertaining or comical happened, Luffy smiles. There has been only one exception: after his fight with Usopp in Water 7, Luffy did not smile for a long time; in the storyline, he did not smile for a whole day, but in terms of chapters, he did not smile for fifteen chapters.”
i like how rebecca is literally the only person in the bartolomeo-cavendish-rebecca trio who can actually speak to luffy like a normal person without over dramatic death threats or praising
one dude wants to kill him, another wants to kiss the ground he walks on, and the last one is totally bffs with him
if you think about it, these are the three main types of people Luffy encounters. but given enough time most people usually become a Rebecca type to Luffy.
a slight comic continuation of this pic because i had the sudden urge to draw this parallel comic thing
before, all law’s hands did was destroy. now they can heal.
Luffy wig collection
luffy and law are gonna get beat up so much during this arc
i hope something like this happens near the end, where they’re so tired that they have to prop each other up to move around
thankfully law’s a doctor
i really wanted to paint something so i tried painting luffy’s angry/tired face from the last chapter and i really like how it came out
i like cabbagebitch because i feel as though he is one of the characters that truly hates luffy but at the same time he might grow to love him like a really weird boa style thing (in my dreeeaammss) someone draw them sucking one eachothers tongues pls
OKAY I KNOW THE POINT WAS TO MAKE IT IN THE PALETTE BUT
I JUST COULDN’T RESIST TRYING IT IN THE COLORS OF THE ACTUAL SOURCE SCENE
